★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This company for sure will tarnish Tata goodwill. Laptop ordered, wrong laptop sent, return requested on 15th June, after 2 weeks of multiple phone calls, emails and tweets finally was picked up on 29th June but now it is lost in transit it seems. Product was still in Chembur, Mumbai after 11 days of return according to Blue dart awb. I tried calling them , mailing them and tweets but standard reassurances of addressing the concern, escalating and how sorry for my suffering but not a single update about the whereabouts of my laptop and refund in this 11 days infact there app is still saying out for pick-up. Hope they improve.....Can someone guide the to improve there service. One request be careful while shopping in TataCliq, at ur own risk!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am having nightmarish experience with TATACLIQ. I had ordered a WD 1TB external hard drive vide Order Date: Aug. 17, 2021 & Order ID: 114481795. To my utter surprise when I opened the box it contained nothing. I wrote to customer care with relevant details, images and proofs. They almost wasted 6 days and then informed on phone that seller is telling that they had dispatched the item.
It is so disheartening and utterly disgusting. Point is I do not know who the seller is! And I do not need to know. I paid my money to TATACLIQ for the said item and I should get the item delivered to me. That Is all I know, and I am required to know.
On further advice from TATACLIQ, this issue was escalated to CS management with all relevant details/proofs. But again to my utter dismay this proved just a delaying, dodging and denying technique adopted by them. They again maintained that correct item was delivered. I maintained that I have not received the product but an empty box.
Subsequently, I filed the complaint on Govt's CPGRAMS (Centralised Public Grievance Redress and Monitoring System) portal but sadly enough the issue went unresolved for me and now I am advised by CPGRAMS to take the issue to District Consumer Court for which I am preparing.
Till date, end result is I have lost Rs3999 and additionally I am being wrongly held responsible (indirectly) that I have played mischief. On this, the heart aches.
My experience is very bad with TATACLIQ and advise all to abstain from this e commerce site. I was carrying very high regard for this group but now I am repenting having associated with TATACLIQ.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tata cliq do not have control on their logistic partner (i.e. Bluedart) after ordering of 8 days No body in tata cliq can confirm whether their logistic partner is doing delivery or not. They are bluffing. Very bad experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the supplying store for TataCliq app. Having said that, there services are just pathetic.
As for my story I ordered a printer using a bank discount which was cancelled by them without any reason (Apparently the bank offer was quite a lot for them). And now I cannot even use the bank discount again, thank you Tatacliq for such a pathetic service.
And the main thing I haven't even got back my prepaid amount of order yet, and their app shows that the refund has been successful which clearly suggests that they are just fraudsters.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They delivered a defective MacBook on 7th of February and have still not fixed the laptop or processed a refund. I don't have laptop or even money right now because of their poor service. Very unprofessional staff! I'm never buying anything from this website again and would urge everyone to learn a lesson from my experience too.
