★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am visiting Dr.Kiran in Tathagat since 5years,I am very happy about his diagnosis and treatment.So I have referred many of my colleagues n friends to him,they are very happy about him too.Specially his treatment for Diabetes is really great,I have been to many Doctors before visiting him,but my sugar wasn't under control.but after visiting him my sugar is under control,that too without Insulin. He just prescribes only necessary tests and drugs.I highly recommend him ,specially diabetes patients need doctors like him.Thank u

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Yesterday, i was suddenly started getting fever and sever body pains. I couldn't able walk properly. I visited Tathagath clinic at that condition with the help of my uncle.
We were 3rd in queue and the 1st one didn't come even after 30 min. After he comes some one entered in the middle saying he need to show reports. They ate up another 15 minutes time. Later again the first person went in.
By that time my condition was getting worse and requested to ask doctor to examine me.
The staff didn't show any concerns and asked us to wait.
After another 20 minutes waiting we were still 3rd in line. I was frustrated as i was feeling like i may collapse in any moment.
Even after seeing my condition the staff didn't care at all.
We walked away and visited another doctor finally and took treatment and medication.
I STRONGLY ADVICE NOT TO VISIT THIS CLINIC IF YOU ARE IN EMERGENCY CONDITION. THE DOCTOR HARDLY CARE FOR YOU.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Such a bad place to go for check up. My father had sugar and went to check a diabetics specialist . He checked the BP and said its shoot up to 160/100. And wrote test for 3000INR which includes ECG.I asked them if the ECG is normal and the lab technician said "yes mam nothing to worry" and I walked out of hospital. My father had no previous record of BP and just to cross check went to the hospital at my work place and the BP was normal (110/90) within 20 minutes. What a way to make money!!. I called the hospital and said them to stop processing the samples as my father BP is normal. They said the report is ready already. Hence I aske them to watsapp the report. The technician reported that she cannot send till the balance is settled! (one good thing was I dint pay the full amount!). Beware of this place.

Very Very unprofessional & very rude Doctor, who does not have any visting timings. Will leave from his place to the clinic only after he confirms 4-5 patients have come. Makes the patient wait. Never suggest to anyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the worst place that I ever been, no one should ever visit this place, they took a week to send me a xray report ... Which only had one line stating "No Fracture" For this he required one week. I actually had ligament issue I have been asking him to give a report based on that he made me wait for a week just to mention no fracture and I have not been able to walk or bend my knee for a week now and the report says I'm absolutely fine.... Worst place I had to do multiple follow ups for this., by calling and also visiting. The behavior of the guy who sits in the reception is very rude, he is rude with everyone even with elderly women.. Which was observed during our visit.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I just wish that google had a negative star rating, no option but to select one but kindly treat is in negative. Highly unprofessional staff who did not care to even give a band aid after taking a blood sample. The plehbo was untrained and was unable to locate the vein for a 6 years old and kept on blaming the kid for that who had been patient enough for good 10 mins to give a sample, in spite of such a wonderful patience shown the staff was in-apologetic and kept the kid on hold. Such a nightmare! In spite of not locating the vein - the plehbo pricked the kid and kept on moving the needle in hope of finding the vein. I sincerely recommend people not to consider them for being such un-professionals.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely irresponsible staff. The two times my parents visited this place they messed up our blood report both times (Most recent visit: March 22 between 8-9 AM). They interchanged the names on the report while my parents were there. Thankfully they spotted it in time to avoid a disaster. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. I am utterly shocked that such irresponsible and negligent people still have license. Someone needs to report them.
