★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst travel experience of my life. We booked Himachal tour with them. We were group of 18 adults and 2 childeren. Only thing we considered before booking this tour was trust, since they were from our town. And the only good thing we got from them in our entire tour was food. Apart from that everything was bad. They overbooked the tour and hence we had to sit on the last row of bus, which was supposed to be for helpers. We had so called tour manager, which was of no help. That man had no knowledge about duties of tour manager. No guidance on daily activities, no planning, nothing. We had to ask him everything what is plan of the day, where to go, how to go, he did not even had proper passenger list and tour plan. Not a single day was passed when we quarreled with co-passengers or tour manager.

No management, no co-operations, nothing is as per plan and as per said and promised by the owner. They only want to save their money and time, they don't care about the custumer,
Only does false promises as their daily habit till they got the advance money.
Totally waste of our money and time.
I have never seen this type of third class tours and travels organizer.
Totally Disappointed and very frustrated.

Locations are always great but you need someone who knows the place thoroughly in and out and Mr. Raja Meshram is that person who has gained a wast experience in traveling. Trust him and enjoy your traveling. I personally have travelled so many times with him and had a great experience everytime. I see continuous improvement in his services in terms of flight or train bookings, hotels booking, luxury buses booking and most important in food. Looking forward for our next trip to North East in coming May. Thank you so much.
