I have a n HP gas connection, every time I book a cylinder they don't deliver it till next 30 days, every time we need to go to them to remind them for delivery. Extremely irresponsible behaviour.

And regarding there gas oven servicing and repairing service they've send an tremendously unprofessional person who charges 300 per visit for just showing his face

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very Poor Service. Atleast 21 days waiting time post cylinder booking for delivery. They never give invoices to customers upon full payment, always making excuses in this regard. Management is non-cooperative and speaks badly with it's customers. I would request Indian Oil to deregister this distributor.

It's been 17 days but they didn't deliver our cylinder till now. If it's continue like this I am going to change the agency.
