It has all necessary machines, weights and equipments for a daily gym workout. Trainers are very helpful as well. Its one of the best affordable gym in janak puri area.

This gym has seen many owners passing the business to one another and therefore with too many changes in policies, it's not been taken very seriously.
There's been transfer of ownership atleast 6 times ! And each it's happens the members aren't very sure what's going to follow.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Gym Trainers are good but the gym is very small inside. It is very conjusted.Many machines but no free space at all. If there are 10 people inside it.You will find no room to do pushups,squats etc.
