★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This Hotel is not allowed me to stay as I’m foreigner. I have never had kind of like this experience in Gurgaon.
As they didn’t mentioned it on website, I lost my own time and taxi fare to come this hotel.
At least they should say sorry but there was no apologize at the reception when I reached. Their attitude was very bad.
Please avoid this hotel if you are foreigner.

Deepak ji deserve real respect coz he was there as real supportive staff for all the small needs. He took real great care of his customers. Good is awesome.
Cleanliness is great.
Will maintained property.
Think of guests first, then their profits.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We booked a junior suite room and I must say you wont get anything better in this price. Staff, ambience, food , location everything was pretty good. One must consider this property if your budget is little less or more, you wont regret.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Didn't like the behaviour of the staff and management. Have stayed 3 days at this hotel. From outside the hotel infrastructure seems to be good but required lot of repair. Example: Toilet commode, Water taps, Door to the balcony, power plugs etc. The management staffs sitting there wanted our money and expect nothing more. Zero stars for behaviour towards the customer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had an amazing and comfortable stay here. The rooms are very spacious with all the basic amenities provided. Location is good, perfect for morning/evening walks around the property. Plus the hotel itself has a small lawn to sit and enjoy in peace. Staff is great too esp Deepak Sahu who assists to all your needs. Must visit for an enjoyable experience!
