★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Initially I had hard time trying to reach the assigned person and also to explain my requirements. I think some of the interns take the call and they do not understand about client needs. I was told I will be charged a much higher amount which I was willing to pay. Also, they insisted on getting an excel for the Capital Gains. The primary challenge was to communicate my requirements, getting hold of the agents and also provide what they needed. But once they had all the documents, the process was smoother and they also charged me much less.

Right from the time, the business engagement starts to the completion of e-filing and tax refund (if applicable), the team at Tax Buddy constantly assists the customer and is proactive to resolve queries in the shortest possible time. I got my report within a day and all of my queries were resolved after consulting her. The app is super easy to use and people are very responsive & professional. I would highly suggest Tax buddy and Nikita for all your tax queries related matter if you are new to handle tax related things. Their service is very good. Really Impressed!!
