★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mr. Rakesh is a completely fraud man. I booked a taxi for my parents to visit Kolkata local tour by seeing his good reviews on Google but he was not as good as his reviews. Firstly he told me that for local tour there would be a package of 1700 Rs for 8 hours or 80kms and for extra hour he will charge 150 Rs per hour and 15 Rs Per Km. I trust on him and booked the taxi for two days and paid the advance amount too. Later on after completing the tour of two days he said to my parents that he will charge 450 Rs for parking charges and 750 Rs for extra hours also. He told that he will charge according to garage to garage time. I have visited so many places and booked so many taxis but this was the first time I heard that garage to garage time they are calculating. We don't know from where they are coming and we still have to pay them extra for that. He charged 750 Rs more just by this calculation and later on didn't cooperate in anything. I suggest everyone to be careful from these fraudsters because they don't tell you these kind of hidden charges in the beginning and later on they will cheat you by any way. This was really a dark patch in the whole trip.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Taxi owner cum driver Mr Rakesh kumar Gupta is very well behaved and showed me all places on my tour to digha haldia and chandanagar. He is also very honest coz by mistake paid him 3000 extra but he returned me immediately. I will book him for approx a week on my next visit to Kolkata

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very unprofessional service, money minded and not at all customer centric. We had booked his service for 15 hours for Kolkata city tour. Though we mentioned to him to take us to Dakshineswari Kali Temple early in the morning, he told us to cover other places on the way and keep Dakshineswari Temple at the last. We ended up not being able to visit the temple due to the huge rush. His intention was to travel the least and make us stand in queues so that 15 hours is up without much travel for him.

He was always available and happy to help. The vehicle was clean, well-serviced and gave us no issue at all. He even took us to a lovely dhaba with beautiful ambience and tasty food. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What comes to your mind when you visit an unknown place in an unknown vehicle…. Kind of taxi? Hygiene? Fare? or most importantly driver?…
I had booked taxi and cab services from Howrah to Gangasagar for round trip just over phone without even meeting anyone face to face or going to their website, we had taken 2 swift dezire for next two days…i must appreciate their punctuality of coming to station was fantastic.
Drivers were very friendly, just like a road trip having with friends…. never complained for anything instead they took us to all the famous food stops which we were not in the plan…
Agreed to all our tantrums of stoping wherever we wanted.
Most importantly he dropped us at our drop point right on time and without any jhig jhig of money, never ever asked to for anything.
I would blindly trurst them next time when i needed a cab in this direction.
