★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst Experience. I had booked Dezire through this Travels and had paid 500 as advance. On the day of travel when i asked to share the driver details he told dezire is also not available and i will send you Mahindra KUV 100. When i asked him to send the pictures of KUV 100 it was white board. Then i told him to either return advance or send me dezire itself with yellow board. He arranged some dezire through his travel contacts. Arranged Dezire driver was too rude. He picked us from Airport at 3 AM. Diesel was filled with full tank immediately in the next petrol/diesel station for 2800. And then the game started. He asked whats the trip plan and how much is the trip cost. He then told that i can't come for such less price and i will drop you in between Pune-Shirdi Highway in the midnight. He was crazy. He then called this travels in the midnight to discuss the price. After continuous call and after few rings this travels guy received the call. They continuously fought/argued/discussed for 2 hours at midnight while the driver was continuously driving. After reaching Shirdi, the driver took 500 from us for his food as we had plan to stay at Shirdi that night. After my darshan at the temple, when i call him he told he can't come. So, the driver/travels both left us at Shirdi. I was forced to arrange another cab for the rest of my trip.
