★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The website is a fraud. Since I have changed my job in last Financial year so I have 2 form 16's , I checked on other website and it was showing some tax due so I thought of cross verifying it on another website and i checked on taxspanner. They show that no tax is due so I thought that I will file my ITR from here and as soon as I made the payment they showed the tax amount to be much higher than the earlier one.
My point is why they are trying to lure customers by giving incorrect information.
This is very unethical way of making money.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I hired TaxSpanner last year to file IT returns for my small business The Write Pulse. I was a little apprehensive first, but I liked the way they conducted the whole process. It was professional, and with minimum hassle to me, as I don't like the complicated tax returns process. So this year, I engaged their services again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do not go through these unprofessionals, once you have paid, then they will show you different issues as you can higher more expensive helpers. Go through income tax department, it is very easy and through income tax dept you can efile very easily. Never recommend these frauds.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I approached TaxSpanner to file my 2019-20 Returns. They approached me and I sent all the details and paid Rs.3600. I got draft which is not at all correct. After that I sent 3 mails but no response. I called them multiple times still no response. They are very much interested collecting money but not on service. Worst service and waste of time and money. Never approach TaxSpanner.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst customer support. Poor site setup. Even after paying for one of the ITR filing plans it still asks for selecting a plan. There is no way I can upload the form-16 documents. After processing the files it simply says Error code : 500 and redirects to dashboard again. Their customer support is never available for chat - always AWAY. No response to the mails.
EDIT: You can see how good their customer support is. They replied to today to understand my situation after 3 years from posting the review. Hatsoff team.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst Service. I paid Rs. 411 to pay my tax but got no response from them. Customer Service is not responsive. On clicking 'REVIEW', instead of reaching the Review page, I am being navigated to the 'PRICING' page again. I have the receipt of payment, I have sent them. But, it is asking me to pay again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Despite their reassurance of refund on official mail and phone communication they do not refund. Its a one man chop shop. Very unreliable. Keep in mind other sites like cleartax offer free ITR filing
