★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to buy some jewellery with an old hallmarked gold ring bought from them in 2017 with their original invoice to exchange. Their sales person took it and went away for 15 minutes. Later on he came and said, it's not our jewellery and it's only 15 carrot in purity leaving me in sock and surprise.
I asked them to check in front of me, when they checked their machine was showing it 18 carrot! I questioned reliability of their machine? They started giving excuses, then they called some other person, who again checked the ring on machine, this time it was 21.69 carrot!
After arguing 40 minutes they accepted that as their jewellery!
They wasted my more than one hour for silly arguments and their machine providing unreliable changing results!
So, be careful while dealing with them.
Update:After 5 months of posting the review I received an apology and promise of improvement in customer service from the local store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No security service for parking. Staff was informative and well educated to educate the customers. But arrival of customer also needed to be taken care. If entry is bad worthless classic infrastructure even reserved parking was also worst than public parking.
