We booked material from Anand, Gujarat to their Delhi godown at Sanjay Gandhi Transport Nagar. It has been in transit from 21 June and we were assured delivery within 6 days, though it takes max 4 to 5 days for material to reach Delhi.
Now it's been 8 days, we are being told since last 4 days that the material is at Rewari Hub. We have no idea where our material is, and TCI is just making excuses after excuses everyday.
TCI express is not recommended.
Use Om Logistics or even local logistics, but not TCI.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My consignment (docket no: 273214686) scheduled for delivery in gurgaon today - 2nd March has been lying in Rewari Hub since 26th Feb 7:45 am and there is no one who is reachable, no response, no authentic update.
Call centre says the item has not been shipped and the update on the website is incorrect. Uploading false / fake update is FRAUD.
Please ship the item urgently!
