★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So my parcel containing 2 packets was dispatched on 3rd of may from raipur and which was misrouted both on different locations ,i tried contacting on TCI toll free no as well as by email by there was no response by both and finally i had to go all the way 13 kms to TCI's vapi branch to find know the status of my packets.
Branch's staff behavior was not at all apologitic over and above faced a very rude behavior from the staff!!
Very very pathetic services and zero point of contact to anyone
I'D make a point to let as many people as possible to never do business with TCI
