★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought TCL android tv one and half year back...it's already giving problem with display. Have been following up with the call centre for last one week...and every time i have to repeat the story and they assire me that they will get back to me but they never do. The call is put on hold till eternity or it gets discoonected.. Horrible,horrible service.Regret buying TCL product. My next step will be to lodge complaint with consumer court.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have made wrong decisions to buy a TCL Brand 43" TV, within 9 month my tv was dead.
I launch the complaint to replace the tv they are not responding properly.
they are saying not in stock.
Then why is the TCL Brand selling new TVs in India, if they do not have a stock. The very very bad experience we are facing, since 35days with the tcl sales support team was very bad.
I request TCL Higher authority to support me for the replacement of my new TV.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst customer service ever, i have issue with my TCL 43" TV and it's been more the 10 days the Technician has removed the part for replacement under warranty,and now the technician is not picking up calls.
Called customer care,they are putting me on hold for 20mins. Really not worth for single pinne.
