Service agency is very pathetic, struggling to get it repaired for last 15 days
but they are really demon. Asking for more time as the previous guy did not check properly. WTF????? Do not buy TCL

And the staff is so rude and so unprofessional that they cant even provide me the solution for this.
Morons .... please dont buy anything from TCL..................... Fake people

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad service . Service exicutves do not attend your phone.My TV stopped working after 3months .I reported on 31 July 2019 till now it's mother board is dead. Service center could not change the mother board because defective mother board was sent by them. Now I have to register New complaint because they had closed my case . Iffalcon TV is not good internet is full of complaints.I advice others not to go for this TV other wise you will have to suffer like me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I buy tcl 32 inchs t.v.. it almost complete one year and know they show us there quality.. if someone said which is the one of the worst t.v I definitely said "tcl" without any hesitation..other products have some good thing and some bed things but this t.v don't have any good things. I give you a gift if you found out one...your customer care services is so poor your mechanic is like your products "waste less" they don't repair my t.v properly and after that when they repair my t.v the problem started within 48 hours.. how fast your product is in that way.. another time when they came they said we don't repair your product but t.v still in warenty period.. now tell me what I do this t.v may be next time if someone ask me which products I buy I don't say one perticular company name but definitely said don't buy tcl products.. one of the worst product in my intier life..
