★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very Bad experience in my life. Please Don't Purchase flat in Tuscan City. No Management, No Service, No complaint Action. Full of money wastage. Please don't buy the flat in Tuscan city.
Problems in Tuscan city: Water Problems, Lift problem 12-15 days in a month , Underground full of water when rain is coming, electricity Problem continues 2-4 days & Non-cleaning area.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No doubt concept or design of the project is good but tdi doesn't like to maintain it's property. No cleanliness, parks r full with garbage, no electricity for four days, street lights are not working properly, severage problem, you recharge for electricity and they don't pay to government. Avoid tdi property.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 18 Cr ki recovery karni hai Revenue dept ko TDI se.In compliance of NGT order dated 01.10.2020 it is submitted that five prosecution cases have already been filed in special Environment Court, Kurukshetra against M/s TDI Infrastructure Ltd., Kundli, Sonipat,Environment Compensation has also been issued against the above said unit which has not been submitted by the unit therefore summon has been issued for auction of land belong to TDI Infrastructure Ltd. by Revenue Department to recover the Environment Compensation imposed against the said unit.

I hate to say this but there's lack of cleaning, stray dogs keeps wandering and entering in our home, and you can't get rid of rats no matter what you do.
Don't take ground floor even if that costs you half the price of normal rent or you'll regret it.
Best thing about this is we all lives like a family here, talking to each other even if you don't know them.
And the view is super awesome.
Early morning and late evenings are so beautiful here
