They don't even call or consider ones candidature, applying for job is just wastage of time & it mean nothing to them. Approach required is the basic criteria required to get job through tds. Inspite of having good academic record and experience of eight years, then dnt even consider my candidature for any job which is very disappointing for me...

Very bad behavior from mukesh (who's handling PF ). Such type of person should be eliminate from the job. Going to file a file a complaint in consumer forum.
