★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They dont hv Water the basic need in this heat..many more items from the Menu r not available..We asked for Poha, thepla,Mojito..nthing is available, asked for zafran tea-They add flovour(Syrup) of zafran in tea..so Pathetic?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor service. Firstly they gave food with hair on it. When asked to change it, they served chilled garlic bread as they use frozen food. They dont make it fresh. They did not even heat the garlic bread properly before serving. The staff needs to be trained.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Location and ambiance is good. Food is quite costly compared to the quality. We went there with friends. Most of them ordered cold coffee, oreo shake, bubble tea etc but no one liked it. Not at all satisfactory. I ordered ginger tea and sandwich which was really good. So i would suggest that if you visit this place, then don't order cold shakes but go for fastfood items.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The ambience is very pleasing and colourful. they provide not just tea, but also snacks and books for reading. Good place for chai pe charcha. Ensure you beverages order pre mixed sachets because there is nothing freshly prepared here.

I feel relax? when I sit there. Environment so much peaceful. Very huge parking ?️available.
In the cafe many books ?and magazines ?.
Even sitting arrangement also excellent.
It's provide USB and power slot to easily charge my device and laptops.
??Cafe staff is very polite. ?Food quality is very delicious.
