Tea Villa Cafe - Mumbai

Located right on the Versova beach. Although you can't see the beach from the first floor, I'm sure you could, from the terrace floor. But, it was closed as when I went there. The cafe looks cool on the outside with a low profile yet noticeable enough for a well designed structure. No one bothered us much to order anything initially. I'm not saying like that's a bad thing, i like my peace. And that'# what the vibe there offers. I had berry bunch tea with scrambled Tofu and toast. It was a fine summer day.

Tea villa is a brand which never needs an introduction, it has always been one of the hanging spot for any occasion. The place has amazing interiors which will surely leave you mesmerised, there is something really soothing and lively about this place. The staff was very prompt and they recommended the dishes which suited our appetite, they are thorough with their work. The prices couldn't have been more reasonable for the food, service and the location they serve. Nutella shake- I never miss the opportunity to have this shake anywhere I go and this was one of the best shakes I have had till now. Shanghai dumpling- I didn't expect vegetarian dumplings to be as tasty asbl these are. Make sure to try it. This has a coat of maida/flour which is stuffed with veggies and is fried with minimal oil. Mac n cheese- This were basically fries with the top layer of creamy penne pasta and bottom layer of French fries. The quantity is definitely great for the price. Lemon and cilantro soup with Kaffir lime- The soup was delicious and the Kaffir lime makes it more but the sour is still good. Dutch pancake- The pancakes were served with 3 types of sauce, you can choose by yourself well we went ahead with Nutella, dark chocolate and maple syrup. The best way one can end their meal. A pure vegetarian place which has so much to offer under one roof.

Tea Villa Cafe!!!  By the name it says it's all about tea ☕️; which in fact it is. We visited Versova Outlet. Amazing place to dine. You get all sorts of good food. It's a happy place. Interiors are perfect, customer friendly. The service is quick and nice And the Ambience is a one to die for!!! Must Try Amazing Waffles.

A decent good place to hangout with friends and family. Space is good.Ambience is soothing.food is yum ! Location is great with facility of vallet in main area ! The servers here have a good behaviour with their customers. All in all a sweet nice photogenic place.

Very attractive ambiance, but the seats weren't clean. Its PURE VEG. The dishes are good, there's much variety in beverages/shakes/drinks/tea then food dishes. The service is fast and the management is also good.

Lovely place with a very good ambience too. I have been here a few times now and some good items to try here are: 1. Chocolate shake 2. Nutella fudge shake 3. Green Tea 4. Other tea varieties 5. Alfredo Pasta - Really nice It is a regular place for me whenever I am in the vicinity. You should try this out too regardless you being a tea or a coffee person.

It goes without saying, they have amazing variety of tea available. But usually I see people relishing on the food options. One of the best vegetarian restaurants in the suburbs. Friendly staff and good service. Definitely a must visit.

22 Aug 2019- 20.00 hours "Chocolate Villa Cafe" This is the second outlet of the cafe chain I have fallen prey to and had almost the identical experience as far as items involving chocolate are concerned. They are just very good at what they do with chocolate. This outlet is situated in Versova, it is a 2-storey outlet with a terrace, grand space and unique tables. Unfortunately, the day I had been there, the air condition wasn't working and so had to visit the terrace section, which is covered so it can be a lovely place during winter and monsoons. If AC is not working you cannot sit in the inside seating section as it becomes really suffocating even when they have fans for almost each table. They have various types of tables and chairs, there were no two tables which were similar, even upstairs. Our table was handled well by Sebastian and the restaurant is managed by Afzal. Upon letting him (Afzal) know that we can't sit in the section where AC doesn't work he arranged the Terrace section which was closed at that point of time. That was good customer service. Also, a fan was made available which accounted for a perfect dining experience. Our table was spacious. The washrooms were well kept. They have an astonishing 22 outlets in Mumbai which makes it one very few cafe chains in Mumbai with that many successful outlets. We were short of time but we managed to try a few items here. First, we grabbed something munchy like PERI PERI FRIES which was served in a scoop kind of matte black jug in a plate with cheesy dip and ketchup. The fries looked inviting at first however it could have been better not that it wasn't good but there is always a scope of improvement. Upon munching the fries with the dips, it was tasting even better. They have three fondues served in most of their outlets- one is Pav bhaji fondue which I have already tried, second is CHEESE FONDUE which we had here and the chocolate fondue is left for the near future. Cheese fondue consisted of a center communal pot of melted cheese with 4 side plates set to decorate and enhance the feel of the dish. These 4 side plates had bread croutons, roasted baby potato, mushroom and broccoli & zucchini and bell pepper. This dish was a combination of garnishing, flavor and health. The quantity is sufficient for two or three in some cases. That was all about food dear ladies and gentlemen, now let's get into the real game of chocolates and desserts. WE had numerous options to choose from and we chose the ultimate SNICKER JAR SHAKE- this was a thick shake served in a jar consisting of Snicker shake, snicker pieces and cream at the top. The jar was enhanced in appearance with chocolate sauce design from within. The shake was really filing and mouth-watering, especially the snicker pieces. Desserts had ample of options too, to choose from and we went for HAZELNUT MOUSSE- it almost melted in mouth when consumed. It was adequately soft and a spoonful of it can fill your mouth with irresistible chocolate taste which will crave for one more bite and the feeling won't stop until you are done. This will be featuring in my Best mousse in Mumbai article. Other items ordered were Kashmiri zafran chai, Schezwan slider & Baked lasagne. The service here is a little on the slower side. The items we had were served to us in a whooping 2.5 hours. The vibe of the place is good, endless-countless options and cuisines served, various types of teas and coffees served. So, in all this could be a great place for someone to step by and try a few dishes. I am going to try at least a few other outlets to have the remaining items on my dishlist.
