★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst and fake recruiters.Professionalism should be measured in negative points. Wasted two months due to their fake recruitment. I had got a call for an opening in microwave transmission domain, after having a healthy conversation I was selected for interview rounds, the first was GD round questioned by Mr. Chao from taiwan which was monitored by some fellow chandrashekhar guy. I was qualified and got selected for next round for technical interview which was interviewed by Mr. Vikas Srivastav from banglore team, he interviewed me for 40-45 mins and came to conclusion that I am technically strong and capable to handle the domain he wished me luck for the final round and provided few tips too which I was glad to hear... Finally got a whatsApp call from dubai field team engineer Mr. Cristopher Bruiiones on 27th October 2020, he asked about my work experience and transmission related knowledge. After a healthy 30 mins interview round he was quite astonished by my knowledge of work and hold on technical terms and assured me that I was hired and within two weeks we will meet and he will be leading the team I was going to be hired under.. Waited for months didn't get a call and then after number of calls to HR Harjeet kaur who selected my profile for the mentioned role, said she is on a month leave and gave me another contact by the name Mr. Madhu.. I called him and explained the whole scenario he seemed to be helpful.. After number of calls and weeks he stated that I was rejected on no relevant experience in the domain... Really suckers you guys are scam to employment and services.. You guys have no shame. I thought all the reviews were fake until the same happened with me... Scammers... In future if anyone gets a call or mail from teamlease do unleash all slangs and swears on them they are legit fake recruitment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst consultant ever they don't reply your mails or calls put you on hold and doesn't even coordinate with the candidate. I got a mail from team lease regarding the opening in Deloitte company two rounds of interview was done and the final round was remaining and then the hr suma who was responsible for my application was not picking up the call or replying my messages. Even when she picked up always says the company has put everyone on hold blah blah only excuses. They are not a reliable consultant worst service. I would like to give ZERO rating to them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I dont know what qualifications do they ask to hire an hr. Whenever i call the hr person she has never ever once on this time has attended my calls. And when i go and visit her office, she is mostly busy doing her make up and chitchatting. And 24/7 on social media. God knows how do they hire such people. I think they ask the candidate if they're useless and think of it as a skill and hire them directly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fraud Agency which wont give you your Last Month Salary . The staff of teamlease will keep repeating same things on call saying we will connect to your query in 48hrs. It has been more than 50days i haven't received my Salary since my contract with the flipkart company got over. I am going to complain in labor court and Consumer forum as well. JUST remember they are useless piece of shhi
