★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They don't treat employees properly. Managers and TL don't allow phones on floor for security. That's accepted . But when there is emergency call from employees home to manager they don't have courtesy to inform employee on floor that there is medical emergency so u have to move for ur family. I got to know after 2 hours my parents informed manager. And she didnt inform on time. Hope less . They have no respect for employees

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst place to work. Previously worked in multiple international BPOs in Pune and Mumbai but never seen another organisation so disrespectful towards its employees. The managers treat the team members with absolute disregard be it their training , productivity or any other issues they might be facing in the organisation. Few of the TLs even use disrespectful languages while conversing on a daily basis and feel they can do it because the company is paying the team members enough so they must bear whatever comes their way which is absolutely disgusting. They also threaten to fire every now and then. Thank God I left Tech Mahindra and won't recommend anyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been trying to contact the HR team and the number provided online doesn't work. It only rings and rings. What if there is an emergency and someone needs help. Tech Mahindra needs to look into it as it spoils your reputation for not being user friendly. Kindly update your number.
