Tech Mahindra Foundation
Tech Mahindra’s social activities are carried out by Tech Mahindra Foundation (TMF)- its Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) arm. The Foundation was set up in 2006 as a Section 25 Company (referred to as a Section 8 Company in the Companies Act, 2013). Since then, it has worked tirelessly towards the vision of ‘Empowerment through Education’, establishing itself as a CSR player within the Mahindra Group as well as a social organization at the national level. The programs are run in two modes — directly implemented through the Foundation and with partner organizations.

Every person in their life might have experienced a nightmare situation. My nightmare situation started in April 2021 when joined this company. My journey with Tech Mahindra was the worst from day 1. Starting from the recruitment team to the Operations team none of them are capable enough to perform their duty in a good manner, irrespective of their roles. Words like accountability, ownership and other responsible acts are not listed in their work schedule and they are least bothered to handle employees' grievances and concerns.
Being there for 8 months I realized the leadership of Tech Mahindra (HR & Operations) treats the lower lever people as their slaves, though, slavery was abolished a long time ago but here the leadership continues to treat people in the same way.
I want to write another 2000 words but my words can't express my anger, mental health ( which was taken away by the leadership of TechM), and other issues which I have faced during my tenure in this company. Last but not the least, I can remain unemployed for the rest of my life but I will not work with this company.
