I called up the person and the person asked me for the pics to be sent across WhatsApp. Upon viewing the issue, he clearly gave me the solutions along with the commercials on the phone. I persuaded him to solve the problem at my home, and he readily agreed. (I was anxious to give my laptop away since sometimes technicians remove original parts from the inside). All and all, humble, sympathetic, great value (below market price), flexible. . .
