All their good reviews are fake!!
Technians is a Fraud company. They don't value their employees. Don't join this company. I am telling you it will spoil your career. Most of the employees here abscond and those who are left are terminated by putting the false acquisitions
Here is the trap story:- In March they have made a new policy that we are going to hold a certain amount of Money & it will be paid after a certain point of time (not given specific date/month) only if you will stay with the company. It means if you will decide to explore new opportunities then the company will not provide the hold amount.
Now again after 2 months they have implemented new rule & started a permanent deducting of 30% . This was also okay for me because of the current market situation.
Now, again after a month, they asked me to go on leave without pay without any prior notice, not even a single day. I followed up with Hr to get any confirmation about retention but she doesn't even bother to reply. Then suddenly on 27th July, they terminated me by saying that I was involved in some freelancing work. I mailed them several times and even tried to contact but they have stopped responding to my emails and call. I have asked numerous times to provide me with proof and even if i did something i did it for my survival, but they are not even bothering to at least answer me. All this which they did was to steal my hard-earned money. They are not providing me any documents & salary and have completely spoiled my career.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Trust me - If any one wants, i can bring all stuffs in front.
I can keep everything about each individual who have worked there & characteristics by their names. So before anyone replies from technians -- just think before that.
I will put down my real points -----
The good ones
1. Good for beginners - If you want to start and learn slowly.
2. 5 Day Working - Will able to enjoy weekends
3. Politics- Small unit but will teach about the company politics.
The real/bad ones
1. Internal Politics - There is funnel = 1 Pro Player + 1 Add On, 2 Ministers & 1 pawn. Want to survive? Answer - You know what to do. If you show dignity they will ask you to leave.
2. Low Wages- No real big issue - every company have different pay policy.
3. The pro player is aware of everything - but pawn will act as per guideline.
4. Two Ministers - They will always plot somethings against you- if you smile more -- bang, if you sit and slightly talk to the neighbour ---bang.
Joining - Be Aware
5. No Professional Leave policy - Its just on paper, if you dying also -- you need to work.
6. No Moral Support -
7. Not consistent in delivering the quality work.
Last -- if anyone wants --- i am open to keep doc/proofs over here.
*Note - The ratio of absconding is really high here,
reviews are fake - i can name them which one - if anyone wants,
No real management - no power distribution - HR (just for name)- Blame on low designated employee when superior fails to work etc.
