★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When we shifted from Kamothe to Chembur, they were given the work of dismantling of AC at Kamothe and re installation at Chembur. Both the work was completed satisfactorily and on time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely terrible experience. After confirming the delivery date a week in advance, delayed installation by a day and a half. Wanted to rent out two ACs. Claimed both ACs would be installed in 3 hours. Showed up 3 hours late with one AC and spent 5 hours installing that 1 AC. The owner Vinod was not responsive at all and provided terrible customer service. I had to follow up with him constantly to get feedback on when the ACs would be arriving and get work done.

Worst experience we faced while renting a Split AC.
We booked an AC on 15th May 2021 (Saturday) by paying 5000 as deposit amount and as Promise by Vinod Ji, AC will be delivered and installed on Monday (17th May). But because of Tauktae Monday and Tuesday were not possible. On Wednesday we called then he promises to deliver on Thursday, then on Thursday morning, he was loading AC in the tempo, Thursday evening not receiving the call. Friday morning again loading the AC in the tempo and finally deliver the AC on Friday evening in AUTO and he promises to install AC on that night itself, then Mobile was switched off. Saturday morning again promise to send guys around 11.00 AM but finally, installation guys arrived at 4.00 PM(Unprofessional Guys). After fitting AC, they took measurement how much copper wire required, and at that time only I transferred the said amount for the new copper wire. After 1 hour - they bought an old used wired and guys are so unprofessional that they are not able to fix the wire and ask for one more day.
Finally, I lost my patience and told Vinod Ji to cancel the AC and refund the deposit and wired amount on (22nd May 2021).
The AC is still with us and we are waiting for the refund.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Please don't go with them, they are a fraud. Vinod took the whole 6 months deposit in advance and said he couldn't book the AC without it. So I transferred, then I followed up for 2 weeks for installation, he kept saying today and tomorrow. Finally I asked for my deposit back, he does the same thing again and says he doesn't have the money to transfer me back. He basically cheated and has done with people before.
