This is my first company and due to the pandemic I have barely got to meet any staff member personally. Despite this, it has been such a beautiful experience so far. The company itself is so transparent and each and every member is really helpful. If you are honest, smart, humble and smart-working (as my VP says ?), this is the best place for you.
Being a new employee in professional services I thought it was impossible to learn and grow in a virtual work environment, but thanks to my amazing team, they are so reliant and patient that I learn new things everyday and that is the best part. Work life here is not only about hard-work, it's about growing with the company with proper and meaningful guidance!
