If anyone has a doubt on my comment... I can share the WhatsApp screenshot. on 07 Sep 2019, I have given the work and paid the money but even on 26 Sep 2019, they are not responding.

They say they have 1000 other customers waiting and they cant prioritize ours and they don’t have to give a damn about our requirements.
My friend from Ahmedabad already told me about their rude behavior and his bad experience with them. but I saw the reviews and paid the amount ahead. Now I lost money and I have no designs.
These people are asking for money ahead and I paid. Then they stopped responding. They told they can deliver the final design in 10-12days.
Once paid they replied after 18 days and they delivered pathetic and ridiculous designs (copy and paste of their old logo designs). Once questioned they didn’t not respond for another 10 days. Once I called on alternative number they say that It is customers responsibility to follow up and get the work done. When I asked with strong tone to refund the money after 45 days, they started yelling Maa Behen... When I took stand on refund they finally refunded only 500/- that too after lot of verbal fight.
