★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They fail to keep promises. The after sales services are worst. They respond to you with tons of excuses and evade away. Raju bhai took the responsibility for my surface grinder machine but delivered a faulty one. Even after 2 months I could not make it working. The other persons in the company like Hardik and Bharat keep on making false promises each time you call them. The electrician Ashok bhai promised to respond in a minute with some solutions and then he dont even receives my call. Till now I am frustrated with their behavior which is not at all professional and the company is behaving like a fraud, trap star.
