★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Honestly speaking, It's actually a bogus shop I've ever seen till now all over Kanchrapara, Kolkata location. The Owner alone with the support Stuff, each & every one associated with that shop is as useless as their products. They have taken their customer's issues for granted.
I brought CC TV cameras for our storehouse from this shop a year ago. They had supplied totally damage products that couldn't even give one year service at least. In warranty period, I contact with them for my free repairing. But the owner of this shop want a charge of it. I agreed. But at last they denied to solve not even received my phone calls at all. Thereafter a certain period of time they brought that garbage back to us & said SORRY!
