If you leave just bcoz of company problems & inform after that this company hr blocks u everywhere and hold all ur previous n current salary. So think before joining this company no senior no learning only sitting long time in office either you have any kind of problem. One more thing there is no role of md here until n unless u inform to hr anything even md is sitting along with you and you are telling the problem you are facing in office as its cooworking company. There is no responsibility of girl employees if you are going late from office.
