★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Used it for a year now. Absolutely no complaints. Network used to be down only for a day at times owing to heavy rains/lightning. But never for more than that. Quite satisfied with the service.

Everytime they have reason.
Better buy mobile net plans rather than paying them. No one resolves the issue. Using macone since 2015 but in past few years they have regarded the services.

First they put you on hold for like half hour and then they register complain and tells you technician will visit today and after 2 hours a message comes the issues been resolved but nothing has changed.
Facing frequent disconnection issue since 4 days and no help from the customer care team.
Worst people of all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Update: It's been 4 days now, my internet is down. These third class people are least bothered about customers. Stay away from this ISP. I have never seen such a third grade service in my life. Customer care executives are good for nothing. The owners should refund customers money and shut the business as they don't deserve to be in the service industry. Jio fibre and other ISPs are in the market, these guys are finished. I am looking for the end of current plan and then I am done. Whoever reading these review, please think 100 times before taking service from mach one broadband or you will be one of us putting review here.
Poor customer service. My Internet is down for more than 2 days. Customer service is teaching me how 24 hours SLA works for them. I have called customer service for more than 10 times to get update but no update. Every representative says within next half an hour you will get call from technician but nobody turns up. One representative even disconnected call on my face. Email IDs doesn't work. Very unethical and Poor customer service. Wish to change this ISP and go for some reputed ISPs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This used to be one of the best ISPs in Thane and some parts of Mumbai such as Mulund, but now the quality of internet has been such poor that i don't even get 10% of the internet speed for which i pay full price for! They say they have 24/7 customer service but don't even respond to the phone at 12 midnight... Not only that, but I even get disconnected from my Internet continuously and can't do anything. Overall, wouldn't recommend going for it. I'd rather pay 100 bucks per month more for another ISP than for this.
Disgraceful!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Took 50mbps plab for a year and regret the decision. Receiving Speed of max 1mbps, multiple times complained with no solution. Had to take another internet service provider. I would not recommend Mach One broadband for Thane location.

The technicians keep stalling the service visits and never show up.
Internet drops frequently despite having fiber-optic connection. Speed is way too less than the plan taken of.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service keeps going down 10 -15 times a month .I took service in Boisar From Machone/ Intech online (Associated Partner). They took off the wire themselves when we disconnected the service for some reason. We were being charged for additional cable & backup power device when there was no issue from our end . Feasibility was done in beginning at that time it was not highlighted to us, now after months of service we are being informed that there is power issue in our complex so there is internet issue. Entire support staff be it technician or sales team are not cooperative and have no ethics or clue on how to deal with customer.
