From my experience, i had my order not delivered to me by the courier because of lockdown. So they re-shipped the order again without any extra charges. Also I had one item that was damaged due to mishandling by courier. Upon notifying the same via email with the necessary proof of delivery, They immediately responded to my request and re-shipped a new item to replace the item damaged during shipping. Also at no extra cost. It was a professional service and I would recommend this store very much.

Pricing of the products are really good and only thing I want to add to increase more products as products variety are little less.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Low priced raspberry Pi zero W and I ordered one piece. I tested it the day which received it and found out that it is not working. The courier packing is not tamper proof/tamper evident (very low quality packing). And they did not send me the bill/invoice. The seller directed me to element14 for warranty but when I contacted element14 they told me that they only provide support to the product which they sold. They are cheating. I am requesting a refund.

You are providing circuit to develop equipment to operate . I am non technical and don't know any developer. Repeatedly asking for to arrange on payment .

Pump was sent with one power lead broken. Packing was poor and overall condition of the piece made it look like it was a piece of scrap. Could not use it at all. I sent photos with a complaint to the seller. Their response was send it back and if it is a manufacturing defect we will replace it. Disappointing at best. Who has time to ship it back for such an investigation by the superior minds at the seller. Photos should be enough. Anyway wasted a lot of my time first waiting for the product and then taking photos, phone calls, emails. Finally decided to give up.
