★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not an authorised service centre. It is listed in many sites as an authorized service center, please check the jbl website before visiting here. I made the mistake and it was one expensive repair and they don't give you complete information about the cost before they do the repair.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic service. No wonders India is on a decline. This rip off of a service, complimented by no phone pick ups and lazy receptionist helps me choose a far better level brand Bose. It comes with a bit higher mrp but in long run a far economical choice as low maintenance required. Just an advice DONT BUY JBL or HK speakers. Their mrp is low but they make money from services and faulty parts.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Owner is a nice person always ready to help and guide however one Mr bunty who seems to be incharge in absence of the owner behaves peculiarly. If you put a question to him he would answer it thru question only. He seems to be more interested in discouraging people not to make a visit to this place. This I have experienced myself about 8/9 weeks ago. I purchased Yamaha 672 AVR and a JBL woofer from them some five years ago and rates were very reasonable when compared with other dealers but that man Bunty, he is really peculiar.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me an my friend visited this place and informed them before hand about our visit. As we enter we find a room with some equipment but no person present and had to shout and someone came. We asked for a demo and 2-3 persons started interacting in and out of other rooms. Finally after 15-20 mins of waiting they tell us sorry we won’t be able to give a demo as the equipment is not connected. If that was the case they should have told us when we called and we wouldn’t have wasted our time.
