★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They told me you have faulty motherboard it will cost you 32k and then they returned the laptop when i refused to get it repaired. When i went to other repair shop they told me your display is cracked. So definately they have changed my good display.
They will cheat you. Dont trust them. Its my personal opinion.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Save your electronics from them!! I know they will say fake response.. they are like goons. They had the audacity to tell me to get out from their office when I asked them to return my laptop. My laptop was with them for more than 20days and they couldn't even identify the problem..so I went to their office to get back my laptop and they literally asked me to leave "their office" while they still had my laptop. They are lucky thay I didn't lodge a harassment case against them. Businesses like them are the reason why people don't trust small businesses. They treat customers like beggars. And think they own your electronics after you give them for repair. They have the rudest and most horrible people.
P.s.- I got my laptop repaired from another person and got to know they damaged the circuit as much as they could and it seemed they did it intentionally. Also few parts were missing too

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The location is a bit isolated, it was little difficult to locate the place. The service charge is little higher as compared to other 3rd Party Repair, almost similar to Apple's. During my visit the reception staff was rude. I submitted my device for checkup and they didn't diagnose the device, and when asked they said the device is disassembled, if you want take it in this condition. One of the repair guy was good, who talked properly and co-ordinated well during the repair process. I think his name was Deebakar. I think overall it's good if you have no alternative.

having doubt whether they are going to change the ORIGINAL parts with DUPLICATE one ....OMG :-(
Let's see.... How much you people keep your words (as per your engineers commitment)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have had a very very bad experience with Tech Yuga. They took my Nexus Tab in the first week of March 2022 & sat with it without any response until April 2nd week when I called to enquire.
They are nice set of people to talk to.
They said they couldn't repair it. They sent it back to me today and charged Rs. 250 /- for inspection charges. I paid and signed & brought it upstairs to see the power button is now not working.
Called them to get this sorted but they said they ll do it later.
Extremely irresponsible set of people at this place.
To all well wishers,
AVOID TECH YUGA as much as possible.
Not because they could not repair, but extremely irresponsible and do not care for their customer's products.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wonder why is the minimum rating one start. This company deserves a negative. The worst repairing jobs are done here. The experience I had, says all about there work ethic and their commitment.
I gave my Macbook air for repair on 21st Feb 2022 and they promised me that it would be delivered in a day and it was the sole reason I submitted my laptop to these guys and I so regret my decision. They took my laptop and gave me an estimate of 12.5k for the repair job which was way too high anyways. But, trusting these guys I went for the repair. They asked for the money next day and I transferred the whole amount. Next day my laptop was supposed to be delivered but they said there are few more problems in the laptop and they are still checking. No update, no calls there after as if my laptop was their property. After 14 days, They gave my laptop in an un repaired condition and it was completely destroyed by their incompetent so called technicians. When I asked for refund they initially said yes and later on refused it after 2 days.
I have mail from them stating that the laptop can’t be repaired then what diagnosis did you guys do.
This is a fraud case wherein they never repaired my laptop but looted my money. I urge whoever reads this review never ever go to this company.
And yes techyugans or whatever you call yourself try to write it as fake comment and I will upload all the proofs for everyone to see for themselves.
