But now there is almost 6 months.Because of their friendly environments and friendly employees. The environment and the nature of every employee are very good. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It doesn’t matter, you are a fresher or an experienced, you will be provided full coordination and support from the team members, other team employees and the management as well. Always gives a chance to learn new things to their employees. Also the management constantly motivate the employees for their good work and remain open for suggestions. Moreover the benefit to work in Tecocraft is flexible work time. I am working with tecocraft from 2.5 years and I am completely satisfied with the organization which made me more focused and prepared for the new challenges.

- High employee friendly environment managed over here.
- Management is supporting to every team member, whenever it requires.
- they understand all expectations of team members without being said.
- 2 days holiday on weekly is gifted here, very rare companies provide such benefits in Surat.
- They are really well balancing both, Client's demand and Team member's convenience
- At end, Here, I have found major percentage of happy team member base, who really want to grow, in terms of knowledge upgradation, happiness, and financially also and happy client base as result.
oh, I forgot to mention one thing about office infrastructure, which is really unique, especially, I like black ceiling, which gives feeling as of, I am working under sky. :)

If you are stuck somewhere there are experienced team members. And little activities when you get bored. How cool is this!! Learn by having some fun.
Celebrating all festivals gracefully with games, gifts and personal development seminars. No micro-management, there is better management that’s the best part if I’d have to say.
