★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am staying in this complex for an year. A very good complex with a maintained diversity in committee members. I have purchased this flat on a resale. Whoever get this flat available on offer as resale so proceed for that you will get a great benefit on that particular but kindly watch out the resale amount on purchasing it should not get above 22lakhs for any bhk flat on resale in this complex. Beware of fraudsters who claim to give you this kind of good society flats in 26-28lakhs and showcase you that amount as the cheapest ammount they are offering. Believe me it is not. I have already mentioned the max amount of purchase without registration or migration fees of flat.
