★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was worst experience ever. We told them to dry clean our outfit but they didn’t and in another outfit we told them to do finishing and they also told us that they will do finishing but they didn’t and when we called them they wasn’t listening us. And telling us that they did.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst Parlour Ever, They have wasted our so much time on the marriage day that has ruined our function. This was done by unprofessional behavior of the staff. They have no professional gratitude and doesn't understand the importance of the Marriage function. More over they add random charges to the earlier finalized deal, That charges are too high, Even if we are ready to pay the charges they don't accept the UPI payment of more than 2000 Rs. And wasted our lot of time demanding for money and stopping us at the parlour on the day of our wedding. Because of the same we were unable to take the couple photographs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst beauty parlor ever. Makeup professionals don’t know how to do makeup. It doesn’t matter what’s your skin tone is they always do nude lipstick shades. Whenever I tried to suggest her about shades, she said nude shades are in trend, how foolish. Even Hairstyle was not up to my expectations. Very bad experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience ever! Makeup and hairstyle was not worth according money. I have given a bridal package there and on the day of my sangit sandhya they did worst bun hairstyle ever which opened up within 2 hours. Staff needs to learn some professionalism. They were not punctual and made us wait all the time. It doesn’t matter how costly package you have selected they never give us a personal attention, not even to bride. Staff was continually in their gossips. Every time I need to remind them for final touch up and neck makeup. At the first staff was not clear about package details and they charged me extra on the day of my wedding and waste lot of time in arguing. Never choose this parlor as we have lot of much better better parlors here in surat!
