★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had ordered a kid's tent on 22nd May, 2021 on their website and made full payment of Rs 3000+ 350 shipping. I received my parcel after almost 3 months!
I'm a regular online shopper and I went by their Instagram follows and reviews but my shopping experience with them was harrowing. A delay of 3 months to ship a product is not okay even with lockdowns. Again, they don't notify you of delays and when you ping their whatsapp number asking for the status of your order, they give rude replies and ask you to wait indefinitely. The saleswoman at the whatsapp number on their website lacks patience and professionalism for business and she refuses to answer customer calls and queries.
Their customer service is incredibly unprofessional and plain rude and I was worried that I lost my money as their responses made me doubt that they are a fraud company. Anyway, I would say stay away from this company and order from a more reputed place.
The tent size is good but the fabric is not cotton, it's a polyester mix. I learnt my lesson the hard way. They are unprofessional, unreliable and unethical. Stay away!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was my worst experience ordering from mom & me.
I order a lot of products online, never have faced such bad customer dealing. I ordered a tent for my kid. Later saw tent of another color and wanted to change it to that. Since I had paid and the new tent was of slightly lower value, s/he told me refund won't be possible so I started selecting something else but those things were not available for that remainder amount. This haplend in between 3-4 hrs of ordering.
I wanted to speak to s/he but being Adamant at not calling, my calls And worst part, taking to Mr probably s/he got irritated and told me she won't even send the new selected tent & won't even refund the amount. This was total harassment. It was my bad I didn't check reviews on Google first.
But I hope my review will help someone save his/her peace of mind by not falling prey to their worse customer service.
Also a cherry on top, my tent received was burnt at some part (roughly 4x4 inch area ) and somehow I thought I should inform them, although knowing no action will be taken. We'll I was correct, I got a reply that I should have an unboxing video.?♂️
