No management, No discipline, No Arrangements, Very less Numbers of Staff or No staff, Over crowded place, Bribe Works, Recommendation Works, Old Buildings Structures, No Safety, No Cleanliness, Daily Disputes between Staff and Peoples.This is a place where you understand what is India and The way Govt services works. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Some curb are required to deal with middle man wandering freely all around. Obviously having nexus with internal functionaries. This is all over but all of us become so used to these that such middleman have got the image of doing help but not looting. This does not exclusive to this but applies to most of the public dealing place.
