But I definitely say this is Best Project in terms of Prime location, Project Plan,Best Flat design.
Project location is near to Baner Metro Station, Hospitals,Schools .Just Canβt wait to see view from my flat.

β β β β β Wow! Made buying a house such a breeze! I was new to home buying, and have heard horror stories from friends and family about builders and agents. But Tejraj Relators and Team proved me wrong. Project is outstanding and their team specially Miss Rutuja Gawande was professional and personal! She never made me feel uncomfortable and helped me every step of the way!
She explained everything in a way that was easy to understand which helped us to take a decision. Great environment, professional and nice people, clean and beautiful office set up. They care about their clients. Highly recommend.

β β β β β Good project in the heart of Baner. Easy access to schools, hospitals and the upcoming Pune metro. Wonderful sales staff led by Mr. Sandesh Chavan. Very good interaction and demo by Ms. Manisha and support by Mr. Rahul Kumar in engaging with banks for home loan. Overall great experience and would definitely recommend a visit. Very good layout of the property, amenities in the flat and general floor plan.

β β β β β Itβs a prime property located in Baner, Pan Card Club Road, with great connectivity to schools, hospitals, metro, restaurants etc. Well, people comment about high price but remember good quality, decent size flats with good amenities in such a prime location comes at a cost.
Sales professionals are very very polite in their approach, they make you feel comfortable and welcome every time you approach them. Special thanks to Ms. Rutuja for excellent demonstration of the project, I really appreciate her patience and never give up attitude. I think because of professionals like her the project got excellent response for 2/3bhk and they have come up with exclusive spacious 4 bhk apartments.
