Do not rent a flat in this building, the owners of 302 will not return your security deposit. I have a pending litigation against them.
there are also multiple cases of pitty fights for parking and society work, more than 5 incidents of stealing of household items in 2020/2019 and the attack on security guard room in the parking in 2019. the owners have also taken decision to not put security cameras until 2021.
