I had bought epabx from Telecommunicators for my CA firm from them (Mr Shaji is the concered person)
There was a fault in the device due to power surge and got it repaired from them which was given after 15 days, as per them they had changed the power supply and i had paid 2700/- for this , within 15 days the problem started that the device turned off occasionally, all other devices in my premises are working fine
The device was taken there multiple times and they just turned it on without understanding the root cause and without understanding the problem
The device was finally given to them for repair again which they told that it has been sent to service centre , they kept the machine for more than 2 months on the second occasion, we called multiple times for return but
Mr gulshan grover says we dont provide service to you but we provide for others, and he says that we have no guarantee if you need your machine pay the amount again
We had to pay the same again, we asked for bill but they didnt provide, they returned the machine on paying the amount of 2700/-, and within 10 days the same problem has started, mr shaji now denies that they have received any payments but have all proofs of payment as well as delivery of the device to them for repair.
i am taking all recourses for action against them but others should BEWARE OF THEM, THEY ARE CHEATERS.
