★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is a very rubbish company of Agra location. There is no computer available for the agent. Shift starts for login at 2 o'clock computer is available at 3 o'clock
So don't waste your time and look for a good company in which computer is available and you can go home with your time.
Computer will get late for login and your team leader will put brakes on late login so don't try to this company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't go there ..waste of time and experience ..HR Sakshi has no knowledge of her job, if you go there she just speaks English and give you false promises. Also the manager (Tushar Chandra Mishra) tone is like chapris they say only one thing that they will fire you from the company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst place to work here. They won't give you salary or even break on time . They even calculate your toilet time. They tell you that your working Hours will be 8 hours but it's not 8 it's 10. And if you take leave after date 20th your salary will be hold.. such a worst place ever.. I had medical issue . I gave my all medical reports to my trainer even they didn't give my salary???.. they are worst.. no one is co-operative here.. they will just play with you..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst company ever they do not hire to those who have the great skills they ask for money like 4k or 5k to get hired in it HR are so greedy and if I talk about the internally of it they scold to the employees for no reason they always threaten to leave the job and ctc is like one cup of water which can't quich your thirst never make your career with this

If u want to start your career in bpo it's good place.but join at your own risk bcz there if you are wrong, you are wrong.if you are not wrong you are definitely wrong. They don't value your work and hr department is not supportive.
