★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Highly unprofessional. They make a lot of commitments which they can't keep. If you buy from them, take every single detail (measurement, design) and promise in writing.
They took a long time to deliver our temple, didn't make it as per the agreed design. In a few months, thr back developed a gap and a crack. Now the shop asks us to bring the temple to their shop for repair, or pay charges for home visit.
