★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The most pathetic service provided by a tempo traveller in delhi. Would've given 0 stars if possible. Stating the reasons below
- We booked the traveller from Delhi to Manali & got a driver named Shakeel. Shakeel invited his friend/younger brother to travel with us to Manali.
- Upon objecting for this since we were already 8 people in the traveller, he was visibly angry and started abusing us to his friend.
- He was a full drunkard. Started drinking as soon as we reached manali
- He took multiple breaks on the way just to sleep. This one time he stopped the car in the middle of nowhere at a dhaba and went off to sleep for 30 minutes without informing us.
- This one time we had to go to the mall road at 8PM. Upon reaching out to him, I could clearly see him drunk. He responded by saying "Bhaiya aap pehele batade toh mei apna scene nahi banata" . We had to travel by cab that night.
- He also went off to meet his friend in manali in the traveller on one particular night.
- The traveller quality was extremely bad. The speakers had no bass, the seats were uncomfortable and the traveller was old. The airconditioner either worked at an extremely low temperature or did not work at all. If we closed the ac vents on seats, water droplets came from the top.
