★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The chicken seems like it going under a process to taste good which makes the chicken soft when we fry there is some wight fluid coming out and the staff at the billing are harsh as if for the 100 off what they give they act like it's completely free. I don't recommend this place.

My payment got timed out for the first time again I paid personally to the shop manager

I have paid twice but if I ask the manager he's not at all caring
Customer service had confirmed that the first payment is successful
I have never seen a Worst service than this ever.

They don’t follow any social distancing … and on top of it they are arrogant. I will never visit Tender cuts anytime. Better to check in some local shops. Your time will be saved..

Very pathetic chat response and order is not delivered as committed. I had to ping continuously since more than 4hours for response n call to customer care.
Yet the order is not been delivered . Are the team is decided to keep starve whole day ?
Don't ever place an order here. There is no provision of cancellation as well. Switch service to lucious.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As a google local guide I visited this store by ordering online and selected in-store pick up so that I can see the store and write good review. Honestly the store didn't disappoint me. It was great and hygienic. The quality of meat is tender and awesome. They also mentioned about their offer codes and other options. Overall it's a great place to order chicken fish and goat(lamb). I would recommend others to use existing offer code CUTS100 to get ₹100 off on first 3 orders. Happy eating. Please look for images for more information about the store.
