★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr salil eye specialist is a major black stain on this hospital's reputation and prestige, the doctor is a reason of many failed surgeries and bad behavior with patients in this hospital..... please don't waste your time and energy with this stupid dr., there are many other good clinics and hospitals if you hv issues related to your eyes and such.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Average care, but the only option for Shimlaites..Please get your Blood Storage refrigerator chart in order...as it is the only thing that saves a patient from getting a badly stored blood & lastly stop reusing disposable Urine containers...if you don't believe me...you yourselves have a 360° pic posted on Google.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience unprofessional and rude staff, visited this hospital 22:00hrs on 17th march 22. Got my registration done 21:59hrs but didn't get see the Dr. for even half an hr. finally when I had to look for another hospital and cancel my registration at 22:44hrs and behind staff shout "cancel the registration". imagine how they behave with patients there. never visit such a disgusting facility again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had very bad experience when my pregnant daughter was taken there for checkups. First Registetstion fee Rs 400.charged no problem with this The Gaenicologist. Would advide ultrasound. Had to go near KAMLANEHRU or chottashimla for this. Then come back and drive six kilomeyres to show it to the Doctor at
TenzingNo ultra sound after 11 AM since the private ultradound Doc near kamla Nehru hospital was also doing this ultra sound at Tenzing till 11 AM only. This happened in March this year. Shame that this hospital is lacking in such badic services . Not justifief at all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would like to share my experience by writing this review. My mother had cataract surgery. Before surgery, they were informed about surgery & guided to do it asap. After some days we see some complications tried to concern with a doctor who has done the surgery his name is Salil Kumar Ali. First of all, he doesn't talk too much to the patient. He seems rude & not have a positive attitude. Everything will be communicated by their assistant. We went for follow-up after surgery & asked about facing concerns we had, he doesn't listen to us. He is like everything is good as I have medicated & treated. I will conclude my experience I will never visit again as a doctor is not ready to listen & his behavior is not good. Doctors should talk to patients & listen to them. Worst experience I ever had. There are lots of options available in Shimla far better than Tenzin hospital.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visited Dr. Kumud Bala Gupta twice in Tenzin hospital, Though I have heard some good reviews from friends and relatives about her, my experience was not good due to following reasons:
1. Waiting time was more than 2 hours.
2. NO on Call appointment system, with the consultation and checkup fees the hospital is charging, one could definitely expect basic facilities like on call appointments.
3. After waiting for 2 hours, time i got with Doctor was less than 2 minutes, I had too many questions but she was in a hurry .
4. Same happened during my follow up visit, I went early this time as I wanted some more time to discuss my questions with her, but 2 minutes is all I got.
5. Tenzin hospital is an hour distance away from my home, after getting my tests done I had to go back to hospital to collect reports, no provision of sending reports on emails or watsapp..A big drawback for any private hospital!.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hospitals are difficult for everyone but at least this hospital has provided heaters for the comfort of patients while they wait for their chance to meet the doctor, and yes the doctors here are experienced doctors of which many who have retired from government hospitals. That's a 5 Star.
