I have cancelled admission ...now they are not refunding or not replying....they just saying visit school...after visiting there staff saying write us mail ...just this things are doing from last 3 week's but no one take actions on it.... Plzzz don't take admission if you have waste money then only you can take admission.......

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This school is only greedy for money they have nothing to do with education.They always block child portal if there is late payment of fees and last year even in covid Sita they block online learning portal of children for month but took full fees no concession.They are only doing business nothing to do with Education.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Few days back i was unable to open the portal due to some technical issues while my daughter’s online classes were going on. We got in touch with the support team at Orchids and they handled the situation well by resolving it immediately. It was a quick help by the Orchids team.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst Management ive ever come across for a school. They dont know how to treat or respect the parents. Once they recieve their money they ignore everything. Online classes also were blocked for my child. Abhijit who works there handles everything i feel. Abhijit, you need to learn to pick up calls, respond emails and help the parents and solve their queries. He doesnt care enough about our childs future. Orchid staff please teach him some responsibilty. Zero professnalism this person has.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Teachers are very good, good curriculum also but the worst management we have ever seen in schools. More money centric and least bothered for kids development. No coordination between the management team. Really tired of this school now only due their week management.
They only talk about their no. of branches they have, but seems like they are not even able to manage one branch properly.

Parents. I am editing my review now. I have asked for refund and they refuse to pay us. Though its totally our fault as we should think about school timing before taking admission But i found its not fair. Feels its totally business minded people.
