★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I recently changed my toilet seat with a seat of Tessa company it's hard to flush and it's over flooded everytime and I complaint about it. The plumber the company sent is very less experienced he didn't do anything... why to use such a expensive seat if it can't flush after 2 times and it's over flooded everytime when we use... Seriously you guys have to work on it.. the plumber you send is also not experienced... In my opinion do not purchase products from this company . Even local brands are far better than this
