★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This company has a -10 responsiveness level I ordered multiple times and I needed to send them at least two to three messages to get a response. If I do not send multiple messages they will read the WhatsApp message and ignore me completely. The lead time is supposed to be 4-7 days however the take up to 10 days (with constant reminding and pushing). Even though I paid for express delivery I got a "dispatched email" to track my order and it has still not been received by DHL even though it has been three days now. I was supposed to get the order days ago and no one is willing to update me. They are so unprofessional its a shame their customer service is this poor considering they have good fabric selection. Makes me not want to order again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's been a wonderful journey from a digital design to holding a moet beautifully printed cloth in my hand. What I can recommend most is the great communication. The expertise and time invested to get the print to work and work in a way you want it to. I haven't worked with fabric ever before so was afraid of few misprints before getting things right. There were none. Texmart offers their full decades of expertise to grant a great product the way you want it. So much better than what I expected! If you think of printing your digital designs on any kind of cloth this sure is the right place to do it!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very happy with your service and prints have come out excellent with satisfaction of my clients as well. I would like to suggest to include half meter cloth too in your orders, as I have to order full 2 meters cloth if a client wanted 1 and a half meter cloth. I would also like the process of design approval to be expediated as it take days for a design to get approved and sometimes doesn't get approved with no reason and increases the waiting time. Overall happy with your service and please look into my suggestions.
